What we collect and why

Family name, contact person, email, optional phone, number of adults and children, each child's age (only for pricing), language and, if you choose, cultural background (only to personalise your greeting). We use them only to manage your registration, payment, event entry and event-related messages. Legal basis: your consent and performing the registration you request.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Who can see it

Only authorised organisers. The public budget page never shows any family's details.

How long

We delete or anonymise personal data 6 months after the event, except payment records we are legally required to keep.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion by writing to curiosbot@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
